Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons PBfit Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 grams) dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine Kodiak Cakes, protein powder, PB Fit, water, yogurt and Truvia.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chunks on top and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until the center is set.
  • Let cool for 1 minute.
