Monster Cookie Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Reduced-Fat JIF Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-fat 1% milk
  • 3 (25 gram) scoops whey vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini m&ms

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or using a stand mixer.
  • Use a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop or roll into 25 balls (1.2 ounces each)
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
