- 4 cups iceberg lettuce chopped
- 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts diced
- 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup fat-free Kraft Italian dressing
- Add lettuce to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in artichoke hearts, banana peppers, onion and parmesan cheese.
- Toss in Italian dressing right before serving.
