Egg White Bacon & Cheddar Cups

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Hormel Natural Choice Fully Cooked Bacon diced
  • 2 Tablespoons chives diced
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups liquid egg whites
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and divide bacon, chives and cheddar cheese evenly between the muffin cups.
  • Pour 1/4 cup egg whites into each muffin cup.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top.
