Egg White Bacon & Cheddar Cups
- 10 slices Hormel Natural Choice Fully Cooked Bacon diced
- 2 Tablespoons diced chives
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups liquid egg whites
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and divide bacon, chives and cheddar cheese evenly between the muffin cups.
- Pour 1/4 cup egg whites into each muffin cup.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top.
