Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake
- 1/4 cup Buttermilk Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix
- 1 (25 gram) scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tablespoons PBfit Powdered Peanut Butter
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
- 1 Tablespoon (15 grams) dark chocolate chunks
- In a small bowl, combine Kodiak Cakes, protein powder, PB Fit, water, yogurt and Truvia.
- Sprinkle chocolate chunks on top and microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool for 1 minute.
