Garlic Parmesan Broccoli and Cauliflower

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Add broccoli and cauliflower to a large bowl or resealable gallon-sized bag. Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to coat. Add parmesan cheese, garlic salt, salt and pepper and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread broccoli and cauliflower in an even layer on prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
