BBQ Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup G Hughes Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup white onion minced
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Heat a grill or nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
  • Form into 6 equal size patties (approx. 6.2 ounces each) and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side in preheated skillet or on the grill (or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
  • Serve on buns with your favorite sauces and toppings (log separately).

    So easy to assemble and such yummy flavor! I baked them (425 for 25 min.) because I was lazy😂. But even baked they were really good!
